About Us

Providing a complete fitness and therapy experience in Highland Perthshire. Located in the idyllic setting of Urrard Estate, Killiecrankie. On the B8079, just off the A9 between Pitlochry and Blair Atholl.

Amanda and Kirsty McWilliam (mother and daughter team) will help you  to realise your potential and motivate you to achieve your own personal fitness goals. Specialising in rehabilitation from injury and illness, we will use our experience to advise as to which therapy would be most suitable to your specific condition.

Amanda has considerable fitness and therapy experience having worked in this industry for the last 15yrs. A graduate of Premier Training with a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, a Bowen Technique Practitioner, a Cardiac Rehabilitation and Vibrogym Instructor and an ASA Swim Teacher.

Kirsty has recently returned to Highland Perthshire, to work as a therapist having qualified in the Bowen Technique in 2006 and is also studying to become a fitness instructor.

On this site we will explain how we can help you achieve your fitness goals, and explain how various types of therapy can help you over come your specific injury and aid your rehabilitation.
